The new technology called fireflies.ai is a great tool for you to record your meetings with patients or software providers or anyone you would like to have a record of after you finish. The contact firefly named Fred is assigned to the meeting and literally takes notes for you as you correspond with others online.
Developed by MIT students, the technology has helped doctors to record online consultations with patients without having to take notes and while getting all of the pertinent facts written down. It’s a huge help to those of us to do lots of consultations and want to focus on speaking and listening rather than taking notes.
